In Whetū we have been learning about capacity. Capacity is how much a container holds. Some things can hold a little bit of water like a spoon and some things can hold a lot of water like a swimming pool!

After learning about what capacity means, we got to explore finding the capacity of different containers using the water play. We can order containers based on their capacity. We have also started to learn that we measure capacity using millilitres and litres.
